Our courses are designed to inspire confidence in both traditional kitchen techniques and live fire cooking methods. Led by experienced chefs and pitmasters, our hands-on classes cover everything from:

  • Low & Slow BBQ Techniques – Master the art of smoking meats with Kamado grills and Traeger smokers.
  • Grill & Sear Mastery – Learn how to achieve the perfect sear on steak, seafood, and vegetables.
  • Artisan Bread & Pizza Making – Create stunning pizzas in our Gozney Ovens and artisan loaves in our Simply Bread oven.
  • Global Flavours Over Fire – Explore world cuisines, from South American asado to Mediterranean grilling.

Each class focuses on real-world, flavour-packed recipes that can be replicated at home using a traditional kitchen setup or transferred seamlessly to Traeger and Kamado grills.

George Orange

I'm the owner I'm a keen cook, home baker and BBQist.

I lean towards filth.

Think Dirty Burgers & overly complicated creations loaded up with Heart & Soul and probably cheese.

But am also a keen baker, regularly making batches of Sourdough and various breads of the world.

Sally Codling

Coming to The Artisans Kitchen from teaching at The Gordon Ramsay Cookery School, I'm a keen cook and a passionate educator.

I love imparting my enthusiasm for food and seeing our clients confidence grow and their technique improve.

I also love to see people having a good time, relaxing in a fun environment with like minded foodies.

Matt Robinson

Man of the Woods Matt enjoys craft. Being a Bushcrafer Matt likes to skin deer and make Salami.

He has a giant dry aging fridge in the warehouse which always has something interesting hanging. Be it dry aging Hogget or a giant rib of beef.

Likes Butter.
