Free Delivery for orders over £50 

(excluding Highlands & Islands)

We offer the following shipping methods:

Pallet orders for the larger/ heavy orders and BBQ’s will be dispatched with Pallet line

Parcels will be with DHL Parcel UK

Bank Holidays- Please Note DHL and Palletways do not deliver on Bank Holidays

We offer
  • Next working day if ordered by 15.00 hrs the previous working day (£4.95)
  • Standard 3-5 working day delivery (free for orders over £50 or £4.95 if £49.99 or under)
  • A Saturday delivery option if ordered by 15.00 hrs on the previous working day.  (£19.85)
  • NB Highlands & Islands are a seperate rate currently.
We keep the website up to date with current physical stock (unless mentioned in the description- Eg. For pre ordering of stock due)
The ‘Shipping Method’ on the website automatically calculates the available shipping rates based on your Delivery Postcode and allows you to select your preferred option.
Postcodes deemed as Highlands and Islands by our shipping company sadly have an additional charge. These will be dispatched as quickly as possible, however don’t always turn up next day due to your distance from us!
Despite our best endeavours we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery as we are in the hands of DHL but would say over 99% of our deliveries do arrive the following day.
If for any reason that target is missed we will endeavour to deliver it the day after
Orders placed on the weekend or on bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Please note: If a delivery is refused and returned back to us, a re-delivery charge will need to paid to re-arrange the delivery. Our couriers will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times (except for large items delivered on a pallet - see below). If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will need to paid to re-arrange the delivery.
For bulky items arriving on a pallet (not Highlands and Islands), we automatically book this on for next working day delivery as above.
Please note that these items (arriving on a pallet) will be delivered to the address kerbside or nearest door/access point if this is logistically possible and under the discretion of the delivery driver. 
We use external delivery companies and therefore cannot expect (and it is not the responsibility of) delivery personnel to assist with the moving and handling of your item into houses, doorways, outbuildings or garages etc.  When ordering bulky items, please ensure you have the means to handle these items when delivery is received and that you are able to responsibly dispose of the packaging material appropriately.
Additional Information
Please note, items will be, wherever possible sent in their original packaging which displays the items on the outside. We do this to minimise wasted packaging and try to lower our carbon footprint. However we do use a black pallet type wrap to keep the rain/ water off the products, and wrap delicate items as necessary. We are exploring various Zero Carbon options. 
We often reuse boxes and packaging materials so don’t be alarmed if your box says RS or Wurth UK on the box, It seems a shame to dispose of perfectly good boxes and void fill.

Q: What if I am not likely to be in on the expected day of delivery?
A: Once you receive the tracking from us you can log into the DHL website and are presented with a few options. Leave in a safe place, Leave with a Neighbour, Collect from a parcel shop, Collect from the Depot, or change delivery day.
Q: Can I order something even though I live overseas or in the Channel Islands?
A: We can arrange delivery of certain items to various countries and ask that you contact us with your address and the items you wish to purchase so that we can arrange a bespoke delivery service for you. There are VAT exemption schemes for various countries- please enquire.
Q: Do I have to be in to sign for my goods?
A: Yes, a signature is required on all parcel deliveries. If you know you will be unable to sign for your goods, please arrange for a neighbour to accept these on your behalf and inform us of the details so we can pass these on to the couriers prior to delivery. Alternatively, in most cases, your good can be delivered to a place of work or friend/neighbour.
