We'll guide you through a curated menu of USA-inspired favourites – from the deep South to the heart of the Midwest – giving each dish a gourmet twist while keeping it rustic, hearty, and utterly irresistible.

What You’ll Learn:

🔥 Smoky St Louis BBQ Ribs
Start the session by mastering the art of cooking tender ribs. We'll talk rubs, marinades, and smoke profiles as you learn how to build flavour through low-and-slow techniques using classic dry rubs and a sticky, house-made BBQ glaze.

🍔 Smash Burgers
Discover the secrets to achieving the ultimate smash burger – that crispy, caramelised crust and juicy centre that has made this humble burger a cult favourite. You'll shape, season, smash and stack with all the essential toppings and our signature burger sauce.

🌶 Fire Roasted Pickled Jalapeños- To eat and take Home!
Bright, punchy, and addictive – you'll make quick pickled jalapeños to add zing and crunch to your burger or BBQ plate. We'll show you how to balance heat, tang and sweetness in this versatile condiment.

🐖 Pulled Pork
Learn how to prepare and serve slow-cooked, succulent pulled pork that melts in the mouth. We’ll walk through seasoning, cooking techniques, and how to finish and serve this Southern staple with flair – perfect for sandwiches, tacos or BBQ platters.

🥔 Tater Tots
No 4th of July feast would be complete without tater tots. Golden, crispy, and nostalgic, you’ll make your own from scratch, discovering how to season and fry them to perfection for the ultimate side dish.

🥐 American Biscuits
Soft, fluffy, and buttery, American-style biscuits are a must at any Southern table. They bare a striking resemblance to scones, but with extra America,.. aka butter!  You’ll learn how to make these savoury scones from scratch – perfect for mopping up BBQ sauce, serving alongside pulled pork, or enjoying with a drizzle of honey and butter fresh from the oven.
