Roasted Spatchcock Turkey – rubbed with a citrus rub and an aromatic kick of garlic and plenty of zingy herbs taking roast turkey to the next level of succulence and flavour. Wave goodbye to the old dry bird of past Christmasses! This will be finished off with a smoked turkey gravy, packed full of smokey umami.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Butternut Squash & nduja giving the Christmas favourite a spicy twist.
Kamado Roasted Potatoes. Red, white and purple potatoes, roasted in the grill and finished off with a delicious shallot and herb compound butter.
Clementine & Thyme glazed Chantenay Carrots – the festive citrus fruit glaze and carrots become a marriage made in heaven!
Finishing off our Kamado feast with traditional mince pies filled with our signature apple and rum butter mincemeat.
